Overview
About the Bandhavgarh Safaris
The park boasts one of the highest densities of tigers in the country, which makes it a prime place to see these animals in their natural habitat. Jeep safaris are the most popular activity: you travel in sturdy jeeps with experienced guides through the park’s different terrains, which improves your chances of meeting tigers and a lot of other wildlife.
This package covers two nights and three days. You arrive at Jabalpur, we handle the transfers and your stay, and your days revolve around safaris in the Tala, Magadhi and Khitauli core zones, with meals, hi-tea and a pool to rest in between.
The ideal time to visit is generally considered to be between October and April, when the weather is dry and animals are more active in their search for water. While you explore, you may also come across the historic Bandhavgarh Fort on its hill overlooking the park.
